Large fluke fishing has been very popular for white seabass and yellowtail around the islands, it’s a great squid imitation that gets bit in the early and mid season. With these heads you can even fish a whole squid instead, just like a banana head or bucktail. The advantage of these jigs is that they fish horizontally like actual squid, parallel to the water instead of straight up and down.
